Open Enrollment is now open! The open enrollment period is from December 7 – December 15, 2023.  This is the only time that you can make enrollment changes unless you have a life change event.  Please read the Open Enrollment Announcements for more information and access the enrollment forms on the Forms page.

The health plans are designed to offer you comprehensive coverage as well as to protect you from heavy financial burden in the event of a catastrophic illness or injury.

All new eligible employees must complete the Enrollment Forms and return it to HR within 30 days of their eligibility date.
